We want every remote employee to have a workspace that lets them do their best work. Here’s what’s available and how to use it.

New hire stipend

Full-time remote employees receive a one-time $XXX home office stipend to spend on equipment and furniture. Submit receipts through the expense tool within 90 days of your start date. See expense reimbursement for the submission process.

What’s covered

  • Monitor, keyboard, mouse, or other peripherals
  • Desk, chair, or other ergonomic furniture
  • Lighting or webcam for video calls
  • Headset or headphones

What’s not covered

  • General household items (lamps, shelves) that aren’t primarily for work
  • Upgrades to items already provided by the company

Company-provided equipment

IT ships your laptop before your start date. If your role requires additional equipment (external monitor, docking station, specific peripherals), request it through an IT ticket — your manager will need to approve.

Internet reimbursement

We reimburse up to $XX/month for home internet. Submit monthly via the expense tool using the “Internet reimbursement” category. No pre-approval needed.

Ergonomics

If you’re experiencing discomfort from your current setup, contact HR. We can arrange an ergonomic assessment and cover additional equipment as needed.

Co-working spaces

If you prefer not to work from home, we’ll reimburse up to $XXX/month for a co-working space membership. Submit through the expense tool with your manager’s approval.
