# Manage projects

> Manage rendered videos, download assets, and share videos to connected platforms.

In **Projects**, you can manage all videos you have created in YupVid.

Use this page to review rendered videos, download assets, and share finished videos directly to connected platforms.

## Project list

Each project shows the main information you need:

* A video preview.
* Video title.
* Description or short content summary.
* Render status, such as **done**.
* Render completion time.
* **Open in Studio** button.
* **Downloads** section.
* **Publish to platforms** section.

You can use this page as the final output hub for your rendered videos.

## Review a rendered video

Each project includes a video preview on the left.

Play the video before downloading or publishing it. Check that:

* The content is correct.
* Subtitles look right.
* The voice sounds correct.
* The thumbnail and visuals are appropriate.
* The video is ready to publish.

## Edit a video again

If you need to change a video, click **Open in Studio**.

YupVid opens the project in Studio so you can edit:

* Script
* Media
* Voice
* Subtitles
* Theme
* Effect
* Watermark
* Ending

After editing, render the project again to create a new video file.

## Download video assets

In **Downloads**, you can download the project assets:

| Button        | What it downloads                                  |
| ------------- | -------------------------------------------------- |
| **MP4** | The final video file for manual posting or storage |
| **Thumbnail** | The video thumbnail image |
| **Voice** | The generated voice or audio file |
| **Subtitles** | The subtitle file                                  |

If you want to post to a platform that is not connected to YupVid, download the **MP4** and upload it manually.

## Share videos to platforms

**Publish to platforms** is where you share the video.

YupVid shows the connected accounts, pages, or channels available for that project. Each platform card usually includes:

* Account avatar or platform icon.
* Account, page, or channel name.
* Platform name, such as **Facebook Reel**, **YouTube Short**, **TikTok**, **Threads**, **Instagram**, **LinkedIn**, or **X (Twitter)**.
* Publishing status.
* **Upload** or **View** button.

You can publish the same video to multiple platforms from the same project.

## Publishing statuses

Each platform card shows the current status of the video.

| Status              | Meaning                                        |
| ------------------- | ---------------------------------------------- |
| **Ready to upload** | The video is ready to publish to that platform |
| **Published** | The video has been published successfully |

If the status is **Ready to upload**, click **Upload** to send the video to that platform.

If the status is **Published**, click **View** to open the published video.

## How to publish a video

1. Open **Projects**.
2. Find the project you want to share.
3. Review the video preview.
4. In **Publish to platforms**, choose the account or platform.
5. Click **Upload**.
6. Wait for YupVid to upload the video.
7. When publishing succeeds, the status changes to **Published**.
8. Click **View** to open the published video.

## Publish to multiple accounts

If you connected multiple accounts or pages, YupVid shows each account in the platform list.

You can publish one video to different accounts, such as:

* A Facebook page.
* A YouTube channel.
* A TikTok account.
* A Threads account.
* An Instagram account.
* A LinkedIn account.
* An X account.

This lets you distribute the same video across several channels without downloading the MP4 and uploading it manually to each site.

## When to use Upload

Use **Upload** when the video is ready to publish to a platform.

Before uploading, check that:

* The video has finished rendering.
* The content does not need more edits.
* The platform is connected to the correct account.
* Any publishing settings are correct.

## When to use View

Use **View** when the video has been published and you want to open the post on the platform.

The **View** button helps you verify the published post after sharing.

## YouTube private note

For YouTube, videos are uploaded as **private**.

After YupVid uploads the video to YouTube, open **YouTube Studio** to review it and publish it publicly if you want it to be visible.
